Siooras Global LLP operates an advertising technology practice covering supply, demand and the measurement between them. This policy sets the baseline every party is held to. The Publisher Policy and the Advertiser Policy add the specific obligations of each side, and the Anti-Fraud & Invalid Traffic Policy governs traffic quality throughout.

Standards every party is held to
All partners — publishers, advertisers, agencies and resellers — are expected to comply with applicable law, prevailing industry standards and the policies of the platforms through which inventory is transacted. Where a platform policy is stricter than ours, the stricter one applies.
That includes advertising standards and consumer protection law, data protection law in the jurisdictions where impressions are served, and the disclosure requirements attaching to sponsored or native placements.
Data in campaign delivery
Campaign delivery involves pseudonymous advertising identifiers and interaction events supplied by the ad platforms. We handle these on behalf of the client whose campaign it is, under the Privacy Policy. Performance
Delivery, cost and outcome figures depend on market conditions, publisher quality, inventory availability, campaign strategy and other third-party factors. Nothing published here or in a proposal is a warranty of a particular result. See the Disclaimer.
Enforcement
Where a party does not meet these standards we may pause delivery, withhold payout pending investigation, or suspend or terminate the account. Serious breaches — fraud in particular — are acted on immediately rather than after notice.
Commercial terms
Billing, cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and by the insertion order or agreement signed for the work, which prevails in the event of conflict.
