Zero tolerance
Siooras Global LLP maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. Invalid traffic takes money from advertisers, devalues the inventory of every honest publisher on the platform, and is the fastest way for a marketplace to lose the demand that funds it. There is no tolerance threshold below which it is acceptable.
This policy applies to every party transacting through us — publishers, advertisers, agencies, resellers and any traffic source acting on their behalf. It is read together with the Publisher Policy and the Advertiser Policy.
Prohibited activity

| Bot traffic | Impressions or clicks generated by scripts, emulators, data centre traffic or any non-human agent. |
| Click fraud | Clicks made without genuine interest — manual click farms, automated clicking, or clicks incentivised by reward. |
| Impression fraud | Reporting impressions that were never served, never rendered, or never had the opportunity to be seen. |
| Domain spoofing | Misrepresenting the site or app an impression originated from, so inventory is sold as something it is not. |
| Malware distribution | Serving or linking to creatives that install software, exploit a browser, or compromise a visitor’s device. |
| Forced redirects | Moving a visitor to an advertiser’s page without their action, including redirects triggered on page load. |
| Hidden ads | Placements rendered off-screen, at zero opacity, in a one-pixel frame, or otherwise served where no person can see them. |
| Ad stacking | Layering multiple ads in a single placement so several impressions are counted while only the top one is visible. |
| Invalid traffic (IVT) | Any other general or sophisticated invalid traffic as defined by prevailing industry standards, whether or not it was deliberate. |
Intent is not a defence. Traffic that is invalid because a third-party source was careless is still invalid, and it is still the account holder’s responsibility.
Detection
Traffic is monitored continuously against pattern, source and engagement signals, and against the invalid-traffic determinations of the platforms we transact through. We may also act on a third-party report or an advertiser’s own measurement.
Consequences
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services. Depending on what we find, we may also:
- Stop delivery to the account or property without notice.
- Withhold or reverse payouts attributable to the traffic in question.
- Refund or credit the affected advertiser at the account holder’s cost.
- Report the matter to the platforms concerned and, where warranted, to law enforcement.
Unlike other breaches, suspension here does not wait for a notice period. An account can be reinstated once the source is identified and removed, at our discretion.
Reporting something
If you believe traffic on a campaign or a property is invalid, tell us with the dates, the placements and any measurement you hold. Write to support@siooras.com. If your account has been suspended and you believe the finding is wrong, the appeal route is on the Grievance & Escalation page.
