Advertiser Policy

The standards creatives and campaigns must meet to run through us, and what happens to a campaign that does not meet them.

Effective
03 August 2026

Who this applies to

Any advertiser, brand or agency buying media through Siooras Global LLP. Where an agency buys on behalf of a client, the agency is responsible for the client’s compliance with this policy.

What advertisers agree to

  • Submit lawful creatives. Nothing that is illegal to advertise, and nothing promoting a product or service the advertiser is not licensed to offer in the market being targeted.
  • Respect intellectual property rights. You hold the rights, licences and clearances for every asset supplied — imagery, footage, music, fonts, trademarks and any likeness appearing in them.
  • Avoid misleading advertisements. Claims must be substantiated, pricing and terms must be stated accurately, and the landing page must deliver what the creative promised. No false urgency, no fabricated endorsements, no imitation of a system notification or a third-party interface.
  • Comply with applicable regulations. Advertising standards, consumer protection, data protection and any sector-specific rules — financial services, healthcare, gaming, alcohol, real estate and children’s advertising in particular.
  • Follow industry best practices. Disclosure on sponsored and native placements, correct creative specifications, no auto-playing audio, and no landing-page behaviour that traps or redirects a visitor against their intent.

Creative review

We may review any creative or landing page before or during delivery. Approval is not an endorsement and does not transfer responsibility: the advertiser remains accountable for the legality and accuracy of what is served.

Enforcement

Campaigns violating these requirements may be paused or removed. Where the breach is a matter of specification or disclosure we will normally raise it and give you an opportunity to correct it. Where it is unlawful, deceptive, or puts publisher inventory at risk, delivery is stopped immediately.

Spend already delivered against a paused campaign remains payable — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Data and targeting

Audience data supplied to us must have been collected lawfully and with whatever consent the source jurisdiction requires. Targeting must not be built on sensitive characteristics where the law or the platform prohibits it. Our own handling is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Traffic quality

The protections that run the other way — against bot traffic, spoofed domains and invalid impressions charged to your budget — are set out in the Anti-Fraud & Invalid Traffic Policy.

Performance

Delivery and outcome estimates are estimates. Actual performance depends on market conditions, inventory availability, creative quality and factors outside our control. See the Disclaimer.
