Who this applies to
Any publisher, app developer or inventory owner monetising through Siooras Global LLP. It applies to every property registered on the account, including subdomains, apps and any inventory added later.
What publishers agree to
- Provide genuine traffic. Human visitors arriving through disclosed, legitimate channels. Sourced or purchased traffic must be declared before it is monetised.
- Maintain brand-safe content. No illegal material, no adult content, no hate speech, no content that infringes another party’s rights, and nothing that would put an advertiser alongside it in breach of their own standards.
- Avoid fraudulent impressions. Every impression reported must correspond to an ad that was actually served and actually renderable.
- Avoid incentivised traffic. No paid-to-click, no reward-for-view, and no mechanism that gives a visitor a reason to interact with an ad other than interest in it.
- Comply with advertising guidelines. Placement, density, labelling and viewability standards set by us and by the demand platforms the inventory is sold through.
- Protect advertiser interests. Accurate inventory declarations, correct ads.txt and app-ads.txt entries, and honest reporting of where and how an impression was served.
Traffic quality
Bot traffic, domain spoofing, ad stacking, hidden ads, forced redirects and every other form of invalid traffic are prohibited outright and carry their own document — the Anti-Fraud & Invalid Traffic Policy. Read it as part of this one.
Monitoring and enforcement
Inventory and traffic are monitored on an ongoing basis. Where we find a breach, or have reasonable grounds to suspect one, we may:
- Pause delivery to the affected property.
- Withhold the payout attributable to the traffic in question, pending investigation.
- Deduct or reverse revenue already credited against invalid activity.
- Suspend or terminate the account.
Suspension for suspected fraud takes effect immediately. For other breaches we will normally raise it with you first and allow a reasonable period to correct it.
Payouts
Payouts are made on the schedule and thresholds in your agreement, net of any amount adjusted for invalid traffic or advertiser clawback. Revenue derived from activity prohibited by this policy is not payable.
Data protection
Publishers are responsible for the consent and disclosure obligations on their own properties, including any notice required before an advertising tag runs for their visitors. Our handling of data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Questions or an appeal
If an account has been paused or an adjustment made and you believe it is wrong, write to support@siooras.com with the property and the dates concerned. Escalation is covered on the Grievance & Escalation page.
