Terms of Use

The terms governing your use of this website — separate from any engagement agreement signed for recruitment or advertising work.

Effective
03 August 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing www.siooras.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. These terms govern site use only — engagements for recruitment or advertising services are governed by the separate agreement signed for that work, which prevails in the event of conflict.

2. What we do

Siooras Global LLP provides:

  • Recruitment solutions, executive search and staffing services
  • Programmatic advertising, and SSP and DSP solutions
  • Publisher monetisation and campaign management
  • Digital marketing solutions

Each of those carries its own policy — Recruitment, AdTech Services, Publisher and Advertiser — and those apply in addition to these terms.

3. Who may use the site

You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to act for it.

4. Your responsibilities

In using this site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Use our services lawfully.
  • Not misuse the site or attempt to compromise its security.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.

Specifically, you agree not to scrape, harvest or systematically copy site content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; upload malicious code; post unlawful, defamatory or infringing material; or use our contact routes for bulk unsolicited marketing.

5. What you send us

You remain responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit and confirm you hold the right to share it. Submitting a CV or an enquiry creates no obligation on our part to respond, to represent you, or to consider you for any mandate.

6. No guarantee of placement

Registration with us is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee an interview, a shortlisting or a placement. Hiring decisions rest with the employer. Nothing here should be read as a promise of a particular outcome, timeline or compensation.

7. We never charge candidates

Siooras Global LLP does not charge candidates any fee, at any stage, for registration, shortlisting, interviews, placement or documentation. Anyone requesting payment in our name is not acting for us. Please report it immediately to grievance@siooras.com.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, graphics, trademarks and materials on this site — its text, its layout, the Siooras name and the Siooras logo — are the exclusive property of Siooras Global LLP or licensed to it, and are protected under applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other reproduction, adaptation, distribution or commercial use requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

9. Third-party links

Where we link out, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and take no responsibility for their content, security or handling of your data.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Siooras Global LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, arising from use of this website or its services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Siooras Global LLP against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance.
